Who we are
Revive Plumbing & Heating (https://reviveplumbing.co.uk) is a plumbing and heating business based in Headington, Oxford. We are the data controller for the personal information you provide to us through our website, forms, phone, text and WhatsApp.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on our website, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, book online, call, text or WhatsApp us, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, postcode or address, and details about your boiler, heating or plumbing job.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey or visit, give you a quote, carry out and invoice the work, send appointment reminders, and ask for a review afterwards.
Our lawful basis
We rely on three lawful bases: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing the contract we have with you, and our legitimate interest in running the business and responding to your enquiries.
We never sell your data
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. Your details are only used to carry out your enquiry and the work it leads to.
Who we share it with
We only share your data with the services we use to run the business: our CRM and booking system (HighLevel / LeadConnector), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for lead forms, Google, our email and phone providers, and our accountant. We may also share relevant details with any engineer or subcontractor carrying out your job, so they can attend and complete the work.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 2 years if no work goes ahead. Job and invoice records are kept for 6 years, as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to us using it, or ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Contact us at info@reviveplumbing.co.uk or 01865 537560.
